Judgment
Anoop Chitkara, J
The petitioner, who is working as JBT Teacher in Government Primary School Parwa Lawago Education Block Sataun, District Sirmaur, H.P. and
is under transfer to Government Primary School, Juan, Education Block Bakras, District Sirmaur, H.P., has come up before this Court seeking
quashing of impugned order of transfer Annexure P-1.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance
with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the
field, within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation by the petitioner within the time-frame mentioned above, the operation of impugned order,
Annexure P-1 dated 08.10.2020, qua the petitioner, shall remain stayed till the disposal of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
