The petitioner, who is working as Junior Basic Teacher, at Government Primary School, Tikkar, Education Block Banikhet, District Chamba, H.P.

and is under transfer to Government Primary School, Ghundra, Education Block Salooni, District Chamba, H.P., has come up before this Court

seeking quashing of impugned orders of transfer dated 14.12.2020 & 17.12.2020, Annexures P-1 and P-2.

Notice. Mrs. Seema Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.

In view of the nature of the order, this Court proposes to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the second respondent, within one week, in

accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy

occupying the field, within two weeks. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
