Judgment
Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
The applicant is working as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). After being appointed, she was transferred to various places. In the recent past, she is said to have made a request for her transfer to an Institution at Hazratpur or Agra and another place mentioned therein. Her Grievance is that the respondents did not accede to her request.
We heard Mr. Abhishek Kukkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. R. Gowrishankar for Mr. S. Rajappa, learned counsel for the respondents, at the stage of admission, through video conferencing.
It is evident that on the request of the applicant, the respondents transferred her to an Institution at Dehradun, as recently as on 31.08.2019. It is just un-understandable as to how the applicant came with a request immediately thereafter to transfer her to another place.
Respondents have their own transfer policy and an employee cannot be shifted at his or her will.
We do not find any merit in the present OA and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
