Judgment
Heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant on I.A. No. 1630/2021 an application for 'condonation of delay'. We have considered the grounds mentioned in the application. The application is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned.
Heard on I.A. No. 1629/2021, an application for seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the order. The application is allowed with this condition that whenever the Appellant got the certified copy of the impugned order, he will file the same.
Heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant. He submits that due to misconduct of the 'Resolution Professional', the Company had gone into liquidation.
Also heard on I.A. No. 1628/2021 an application for stay.
Issue notice on both counts through Speed Post as well as e.mail (both mode).
Requisites alongwith process fee be filed within two days. If the Appellant provides the e-mail Address of the Respondents, let notice be also issued through e-mail.
Let the matter be fixed for 'Admission (After Notice)' on 07th October, 2021.
Liquidation proceeding is stayed till the next date of hearing.
