Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.
In the present C482 application, the present applicant is challenging the order dated 29.09.2016, passed by 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Criminal Revision No. 551 of 2015, Vinod Kumar Vs. Rajesh Kumar and others, whereby the revision filed by respondent no.2 was allowed and the matter was remanded back to the concerned Court for re-considering the application moved under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. filed by respondent no.2.
Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that during the pendency of this application before this Court the compromise has been entered between the applicant and respondent no.2, who are real brothers and has sought liberty to file compromise deed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar.
In that view of the matter, the present misc. application is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.
