1.0. The applicant superannuated from the post of Assistant from Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan on 31.07.2015. He is settled in NCR. While in service, he was issued a CGHS Card. Post superannuation, it was restored w.e.f 11.12.2015 and was continued until 31.11.2019. The Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan had also extended the policy directives on 21.8.2015, to continue CGHS facility to all such retired employees, who are settled in Delhi-NCR.
2.0. The applicant deposited Rs. 15,368/- on 23.08.2019 for renewal of CGHS card. Such renewal is however awaited. Despite his representation dated 07.08.2019, 06.09.2019, 09.10.2019 & 21.10.2019, no reply has been received. The CGHS card has not been renewed. The applicant has preferred instant OA seeking redressal of this grievance.
3.0. Heard. The present OA is disposed off at admission stage itself, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the pending representations, last of which was made on 21.10.2019, duly keeping in view extent policy, within a time period of six weeks under advice to applicant. If as a result of this examination, the CGHS card is required to be renewed, the same shall also be renewed within this time and applicant kept at advised. The applicant shall have liberty to approach the Tribunal, if certain grievance still subsists No costs.
