IA/2010/ND/2022:
This application has been moved on behalf of the Ld. IRP for withdrawal of the proceedings under Section 12 A, IRP further stated that the matter has been settled between the parties. Accordingly, he does not want to pursue the present petition. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and approval of the CoC, the present IA/2010/ND/2022 stands allowed. Proceedings stand withdrawn and CIRP stands terminated.
Ld. Counsel for the IRP stated that the IRP has been fully paid and he has no grievance.
