Judgment
IA/807/ND/2022 has been moved on behalf of the Ld. IRP for withdrawal of the proceedings under Section 12 A, IRP further stated that the matter has been settled and there is only one Financial Creditor in CoC. Accordingly, with 100 % voting, it has been approved that the matter should be withdrawn. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and approval of the CoC, the present IA/807/ND/2022 stands allowed. Proceedings stand withdrawn and CIRP stands terminated.
Ld. Counsel for the IRP stated that the IRP has been fully paid and he has no grievance.
So far as IA/1957/ND/2020 &IA/4318/ND/2021 are concerned, these IAs are now infructuous in view of the settlement and withdrawal of proceedings under Section 12A vide IA/807/ND/2022.
