The prayer in this writ petition was for a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner’s Revision to the Inspector General of Police, RAF, R K Puram, New Delhi, which was preferred by him on 17 May 2025. The respondent has, in Court, submitted that the revision stands decided by order dated 4 September 2025. A copy, thereof, has been handed over to Mr. Abhay Kumar Bhargava, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, Mr. Bhargava seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order, in accordance with law.
