Judgment

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-
i) Summon all relevant documents pertaining to the issuance of impugned order dated 25.1.2014 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent no.5, for its kind perusal.
ii) to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 25.1.2014 (Annexure P/1) passed by the respondent no.5.
iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and respondent authorities be restrain from changing the Fair Price Shop of petitioner as no illegalities is found on his part and petitioner be allowed to perform his duties at Fair Price Shop Majhgaon, Tahsil Ajaygarh, District Panna.
iv) Any other order/orders, direction/directions may also be passed.
v) Cost of the petition may also kindly be awarded.
By the impugned order, the Co-operative Society has transferred the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner has an efficacious remedy under section 55(2) of the M.P. Co-operative Societies Act, and no good ground has been pointed out to bypass the statutory remedy.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. If so desire, the petitioner may approach the competent authority under section 55(2) of the M.P. Co-operative Societies Act.
