Judgment
Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia, J
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
i- That, the Order Impugned Annexure P/1 may kindly be quashed.
ii- That, Respondent department may kindly be directed to allow petitioner to provide service in the respondent bank and pay the salary to the petitioner.
Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.
It is submitted that since, the word "retrenchment" has been used in the impugned order, therefore, he has approached this Court.
It is fairly conceded by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has an efficacious and alternative remedy under Section 55(2) of M.P. Cooperative Societies Act.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that in case, if he so desires, then he can challenge the order dated 04/10/2022 under Section 55(2) of M.P. Cooperative Societies Act.
