Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Contempt Petition (CP) may be closed in view of the revised order passed by the respondents, of course with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the speaking order passed by the respondents in accordance with law, if so advised.
