Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
At the outset, Shri Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently he has filed wrong copy of the OA. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty in accordance with law. Permission is granted.

The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
