This Application seeks enforcement of order of this Tribunal dated 05.08.2020 in O.A No. 722/2019, Raj Kumar Singal v. State of Haryana, directing the stopping of illegal extraction of ground water by M/s National Woollen & Finishers, Panipat, as found in the report of the State PCB dated 01.06.2020. According to the applicant, the ground water was still being extracted.

Vide order dated 28.10.2021, the Tribunal sought a factual report from the State PCB.

As per report filed by the State PCB on 09.07.2022, the State PCB levied compensation against the erring unit against which Appeal was pending before the Appellate Authority at the instance of the Project Proponent (PP). CTO was cancelled and closure order was also issued against the PP. Appellate Authority has granted interim order dated 04.07.2022 but bore-well in question was sealed on 16.09.2020. Thus, ground water is no longer being extracted.

In view of above, no further order is necessary at this stage.

The Application is disposed of.
