Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that reply in compliance of order dated 16.09.2020 has been filed, but the same is not on record. Be taken on record. Copy of the affidavit already stands supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is also submitted by learned Deputy Advocate General that by a speaking order dated 09.10.2020 claim of the petitioners has been considered and rejected in compliance of the order passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal. Though there is delay in compliance of order, however, learned Deputy Advocate General has drawn attention of the Court towards unconditional, sincere and unqualified apology tendered by the respondents in para-1 of the reply/compliance affidavit.

In view of above, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, as per legal advice, if anything still survives to be adjudicated and redressed. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
