Judgment
Vivek Singh Thakur, J
Vide order dated 1.1.2019 passed in OA No. 7704 of 2018, direction was issued to the Principal Secretary (Home) to the Government of H.P. to
take final decision on the basis of representation of applicant by 20th January, 2019. This petition has been filed for non-compliance of this order
passed by Erstwhile H.P.State Administrative Tribunal.
2 In response filed on behalf of respondent No.1, it is informed that decision has been taken by concerned authority on 11th February, 2019, whereby
representation of petitioner stands rejected. Copy of order dated 11.2.2019 has also been placed on record.
3 There is delay in deciding the representation. However, in response to petition, unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology has been tendered for
delay on the part of respondent and it has been stated that delay has been caused for consideration and examination of matter at various Government
levels.
4 Considering the entire contents of reply, apology tendered on behalf of respondent is accepted.
5 In view of above, petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate petition in the competent Court of law for redressal of
his grievances, if still survive.
