Gurbir Singh, J
The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.23, dated 15.03.2023, under Sections 323, 324 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later vide DDR No.31 dated 09.04.2023), registered at police station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.
Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that in paragraph 17 of the present petition, it is written that the petitioner is not involved in any other case but actually there are two FIRs registered against him. The details of which are as under:-
