Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Birsanagar P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter relates to case and counter case and general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against altogether four named and 5 to 6 unknown persons. The allegation of assault by deadly weapon is directed against the father of the petitioner namely Ram Prakash Gupta.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that four persons have sustained injury.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
