The order of admission in CP 4633/2018 has been made on 9.10.2019 and public announcement was made thereafter on 14.10.2019. It has been submitted by the RP that no claims have been received by the RP till date and Form FA has been received by him on 19.10.2019, in view of the consent terms entered into between the creditor and the debtor dated 15.10.2019.
In view of the same, MA is allowed, and the RP is discharged of his duties. CP 4633/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
