ORDER
MA 3353/2019, MA 3384/2019, MA 3385/2019 In C.P. (IB) 3545(MB)/2018
The applicant in MA 3385/2019 contends that subsequent to the passing of order in CP 3545/2018, the applicant has published the advertisement inviting the claims from the creditors.
On 17.9.2019, the Director of the original petitioner communicated to the Interim Resolution Professional that it has received the full payment towards the satisfaction of the Petitioner and is applying for withdrawal of CP 3545/2018.
In terms of Regulation 30A, the application has been prepared within three days from the receipt of Form FA. The Interim Resolution Professional submits that there are no claims received by the IRP till the date of this application and it is also submitted across the Bench that till date no claim has been received.
In view of the same, as the application satisfies the requirements of Regulation 30A, the same is allowed.
In view of the above orders, the IRP is discharged of his duties and the CP is dismissed as withdrawn.
MA 3353/2019 and MA 3384/2019 have become infructuous in view of the above order.
