Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that ends of justice would be served if a direction is given by this Tribunal to the respondents/competent authority to consider and dispose of the pending representation dated 03.08.2026, which is annexed at Annexure-A-10 (page-50-56 of the OA) by the respondents by way of reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period of time. Further prayed that respondents may be directed not to proceed on the basis of impugned transfer order dated 27.02.2026 (Annexure A-1) during pendency of the representation.

To this, learned counsel for the respondents orally opposed, however, submitted that in case the applicants’ representation is directed to be decided in the manner suggested, then a period of at least one months may be allowed for the same.

In view of the above submissions, the respondents/Competent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 03.08.2026, which is annexed at Annexure-A-10 (page-50-56 of the OA) preferred by the applicant within a period of one month by passing a reasoned and speaking order as per law, under intimation forthwith to the applicant. Till decision on the representation respondents are directed not to proceed on the basis of impugned transfer order dated 27.02.2026 (Annexure A-1) of the OA.

It is made clear that nothing has been commented upon the merits of the case.

The OA is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, also stand disposed of.

There is no order as to costs.
