Judgment

Heard Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that the petitioner herein being apprehensive of an imminent arrest in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 215(9)2022 under Section 323/498A/506 IPC, has approached this Court with a prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail. It is also submitted that a similar matter related and in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 215(9)2022 under Section 323/498A/506 IPC, has also been filed before this Court, wherein in that matter, A.B No. 25 of 2022 involving the son of the petitioner therein, this Court vide order dated 28.11.2022 had grant interim bail and as such, similar prayer is also made in this petition.
Also heard Mr. S. Sengupta, Addl. PP along with Mr. H. Abraham, GA.
On consideration of the submission and prayer made, let the case diary of Sadar PS Case No. 215(9)2022 under Section 323/498A/506 IPC be produced before this Court on the next date fixed.
In the meantime, interim bail is granted to the petitioner on conditions that she shall no abscond and made herself available as and when required by the I/O.
