ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.

Despite giving time for the petitioners to produce the order, if any, passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Madras in WP No. 10444/2026, which was filed against the order passed in the waiver application in IA 1615/2025, no order is produced today. Conditional order is also not complied. Therefore, IA 1615/2025 is dismissed. Consequently, Appeal in AIR (SA) 1904/2024 is rejected. Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any, shall stand closed.
