L. Narasimha Reddy, J

M.A. No. 202/2020  in  R.A No. 22/2021

This application is filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 8 months in filing the Review Application. Though there are conflicting views on the question as to whether the delay in filing the RA under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and the rules made thereunder can be condoned, we accept the contention of the applicant in view of the Full Bench judgment in Raghava Reddy, AE (Civil) and Others vs. Union of India and Others, RA No.185 & 186/2006 in OA No.1124/2005 decided on 14.05.2007/16.04.2007. The MA is accordingly allowed.

R.A No. 22/2021

The applicant filed OA No.3003/2015 feeling aggrieved by the order of punishment passed against him. The OA was disposed of through a detailed and reasoned order dated 27.02.2019. This review is filed mainly pleading that the Tribunal did not undertake any discussion on the grounds raised by the applicant. However, a perusal of the order discloses that not only the relevant points were taken into account and discussed, but also the precedents on the issue were quoted at length.

2.

We do not find any basis to entertain the RA. It is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
