Application in CA No. 189/2019 is filed under Section 19(2) of the IBC seeking certain direction to be issued against the ex-Director of the Suspended Management. However, by perusal of the cause little of the present application, it reflects that RP in the Application has mentioned corporate Debtor as Respondent but its ex Director/Member of the Suspended Management are not formally impleaded.
In view of this, the applicant is liberty to carry suitable amendment in the present application by impleading the proper party against whom such direction are being sought for.
