Counsel for the Liquidator has explained the urgency in the matter and submits that IA 1300 of 2020 be heard on the priority basis. Having considered the submissions of the Counsel appearing for the Liquidator, this Bench is satisfied and accordingly directs the Registry to list the Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 1300 of 2022, High on Board, on the adjourned date (i.e. on 06.12.2022). With the aforesaid observation, the Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 3462 of 2022 is partly allowed and disposed of.
