This is an Application filed by the Applicant, Consortium of Mr. Murari Lal Jalan and Mr. Florian Fritsch, the Successful Resolution Applicant. Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that other pending Interlocutory Applications arising out of the present Company Petition, is coming up on Board for hearing on 29.11.2022, and thus prays that the present Interlocutory Application be listed on the same date. Prayer is allowed. In the meantime, the Applicant is directed to issue Notice to all the Respondents, who are arrayed as a party in the present Interlocutory Application, intimating the next date of hearing, by all available means (i.e. Speed Post, E-mail, etc), and to place on record Affidavit of Service, well before the adjourned date, thereby enclosing proof of service of Notice to the Respondent. List this matter on Board on 29.11.2022, for further consideration and hearing.
