Judgment

In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to post the petitioner back on the post of Science Master in Government Senior Secondary School, Dona Mattar, District Ferozepur, or any other nearby school, if necessary, by relaxing the provisions of Rule 7.5 of the Punjab Civil Service Rules, Volume-1, Part-1.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the demand notice dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-16) and supplementary demand notice dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-18) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

Mr. Amarpreet Singh Bains, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and does not object to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the demand notice dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure P-16) and supplementary demand notice dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-18), served by the petitioner, and to pass a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
