Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable and learned Counsel for the State.

Learned Counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable submits that copy of writ petition has not been served upon him.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to make selection of petitioner on the post of Bihar Police (Fireman) in pursuant to Advt. No. 02/2018 published by Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar.

Learned Counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable submits that Annexure-5 is not the representation rather an information under the RTI Act. As such, Counsel submits that representation has not been filed in proper format, therefore, it is not maintainable.

This Court without entering into merits or demerits of the case directs the petitioner to file fresh representation along with a copy of this order within 30 days from today and the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar shall pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within 90 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
