In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the rejection notice no.1111 dated 17.7.2020 issued by the Delhi Subordinate Staff Selection Board.
At the outset, Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the impugned notice was issued by the DSSSB inadvertently and now the Board is taking remedial action in the matter and such process is likely to be completed within three weeks.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for DSSSB, the OA is disposed of with direction to the DSSSB to take remedial and other consequential actions as expeditiously as possible and in any case positively within 3 weeks. The other respondents shall pass consequential order(s) in accordance with the relevant rules within 6 weeks thereafter. However, if any of the grievances of the applicant still survives, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Tribunal in accordance with relevant rules and law.
The OA is disposed of in above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
