Judgment

The petitioner, who is a Beldar and deployed in LWSS Narag Nohra-1st Stage, Section Naina Tikkar, Sub Division Sarahan and has been transferred to LWSS Thaleri-Ki-Ber, Section Naina Tikkar, Sub Division Sarahan, vide office order dated 13.3.2020 and joined there on 21.05.2020, however, later on the order dated 13.3.2020, has been cancelled vide impugned order Annexure P-4 dated 22.5.2020, has come up before this Court for quashing of the same.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Given the factual matrix of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders within two weeks. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
