Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as Patwari at Patwar Circle Changar Talai, Tehsil Jhanduta, District Bilaspur, H.P. and is under transfer to Patwar Circle Chhatt, Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P., has come up before this Court seeking quashing of impugned order of transfer dated 26.8.2020, Annexure P-3.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall consider the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation by the petitioner within the time-frame mentioned above, the operation of impugned order dated 26.8.2020 (Annexure P-3), qua the petitioner, shall remain stayed till the disposal of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
