ORDER
Shri S.M. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Raj Pal Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, are present.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the relief sought in this O.A. has already been granted to the applicant vide letter dated 08.02.2023 and as such no cause of action survives in this matter.

Accordingly, the O.A. is disposed of as having become infructuous. All associated M.A.s also stand disposed of. No costs.
