Judgment
The work of the Tribunal has been closed due to Covid-19 pandemic as per letter dated 22.03.2020 and subsequent follow up orders of the Principal Bench, National Company Law Tribunal. The Principal Bench vide Notice dated 20.04.2020, had allowed hearing of the urgent matters by the respective Benches through Video Conference (VC).
The matter is taken up on Video Conference. Mr. Dhrupad Vaghani Counsel for the Liquidator are present. It is submitted that this IA is related to IA No. 75 of 2020, which has been reserved for orders. Apparently, there is no urgency. It would accordingly be appropriate to place this IA along with IA No. 75 of 2020 in the regular course of hearing before the appropriate Bench. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Liquidator that he would file a counter to the IA. The counter may be filed in the meantime and copy thereof be served on the other side well ahead.
