Judgment

Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
The present OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:
"a. Direct the respondents to extend the benefit of Hon'ble Delhi High Court Judgment dated 23.01.2020 in Gopal Singh's case (WP (C) no. 10509/2019) to the Applicant by granting one notional increment for the period of service w.e.f. 01.07.2013 to 30.06.2014 (Date of Applicant's superannuation) and also to re-fix the Applicant's pension consistent with the recommendations of the 7th CPC, apart from arrears & other consequential benefits. And
b. Award cost in favor of the Applicant and against the respondents. And/or
c. Pass any other order/direction which this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in favor of the applicant and against the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Mr. Sourabh Ahuja, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is entitled for the aforesaid reliefs in view of the order/judgment dated 23.01.2020 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi (Annexure A-3) and order/judgment dated 13.01.2020 in WP (C) No. 5539/2019 (Annexure A-4). He further submits that the applicant has already made a representation dated 06.03.2020 (Annexure A-1) for redressal of his grievances. However, till date, no decision has been taken by the respondents in the matter.
Issue notice. Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, accepts notice.
At this stage, Mr. Sourabh Ahuja, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall be satisfied if the present OA is disposed of with directions to the respondents to consider the aforesaid representation dated 06.03.2020 of the applicant and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.
We are of the considered view that if such a request of the applicant is accepted, no prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim of the applicant, the present OA is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the applicant's aforesaid representation dated 06.03.2020 and to pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The OA is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
