None appeared for the petitioner. However, Mr. Amit Yadav, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors/respondents is present.
The present Contempt Petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 01.04.2022 passed by Division Bench of this Tribunal in OA No. 841/2022. By the said order, the respondents were directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2021 by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
Mr. Amit Yadav, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor/respondents places on record an order dated 24.06.2022 passed by the Dy. Secretary, Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB). A perusal of the said order reveals that the petitioner’s representation dated 06.10.2021 was disposed of by passing a speaking order.
Thus, the order dated 01.04.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Tribunal in OA No. 841/2022 has been complied with. Therefore, the Contempt Petition does not survive. It is accordingly dismissed.
