Arvind Singh Sangwan, J

Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to official respondents to take appropriate against respondent No. 4-Rajesh Kumar Khurana, who is

posted as SDO, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (for short 'HSVP'), on the representation dated 29.08.2020 given by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 4 along with many other persons forcibly entered into the house of the petitioner and

misbehaved with her.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has already given a representation/complaint dated 29.08.2020 to Deputy Commissioner of Police,

Panchkula, however, the same has not been decided so far.

Learned State counsel has placed on record a communication dated 28.10.2020 given by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Panchkula to National

Women Commission, New Delhi. As per this communication, a detailed inquiry was conducted on the representation/complaint of the petitioner, in

which the statement of the petitioner and her husband Pushpinder Singh was recorded and on verification, it was found that there is a vacant plot No.

652 in Sector 2, Panchkula, adjacent to the house of the petitioner, on which some illegal construction was raised by the petitioner as she has put a

steel gate and has raised a high wall on the said plot and the team of HSVP, led by respondent No. 4, had gone there to remove the said illegal

construction. Accordingly, it was concluded that the complaint of the petitioner or that of her mother-in-law was baseless.

In view of the above, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
