RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(ORAL)

Petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents to protect her life and personal liberties from being invaded at the hands of

respondent No.4 and 5.

Petitioner alleges contemplated overt act on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 in taking her to U.P. against her wishes. Petitioner states that she was

married to respondent No.4 about 10 years back and has two children from the wedlock. Due to some differences between her and her

husband/respondent No.4, she is living in the house of one Raj Kumar who is friend of her brother. Petitioner is in the process of filing some

appropriate case against her husband in the matrimonial Court at Panipat but respondents No.4 and 5 are contemplating to shift the petitioner to U.P.

so as to prevent her from taking recourse to her legal remedies.

Precisely for the grievance in question, petitioner has moved a representation before respondent No.2 on 31.03.2018.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. S.P. Singh, D.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

In view of nature of order, which this Court proposes to pass there is no necessity of filing any reply, as no order prejudicial to the interest of either

party is being passed.

At this stage, without embarking upon merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the

representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any statement of fact made hereinabove.
