Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Sr. Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the records.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that ends of justice would be served if a direction is given by this Tribunal to the respondents/competent authority to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 31.05.2023, which is annexed at page-26-28 of the OA by the respondents by way of reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this and agrees with the submission of the applicant.
In view of the above submissions, the respondents/ Competent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 31.05.2023 which is annexed at page-26-28 of the O.A. preferred by the applicant within a period of two months by passing a reasoned and speaking order as per law, under intimation forthwith to the applicant.
It is made clear that nothing has been commented upon the merits of the case.
The OA is disposed of accordingly.
Miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, also stand disposed of.
There is no order as to costs.
