Judgment
In this Original Application wherein the issue of indiscriminate with drawal of ground water is involved, Tribunal had passed the detailed order dated 15.11.2022.
I.A. No. 293/2022 is listed today, which is an application on behalf of respondent- Gaursons (through Gaursons Hi-tech Infrastructure Private Limited). Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that on account of subsequent development, nothing survives in this I.A. The I.A. is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
So far as, I.A. No. 747/2023 and 748/2023, the stand of the Counsel for the applicant as also Counsel for UPPCB is that they have not received copy of the same. Let the copy of these I.A.s be supplied by the Counsel for the applicant in I.A. to the concerned parties within three days. Counsel for the Applicant and UPPCB may examine the same and obtain instructions before the next date of hearing.
I.A. No. 625/2023 and I.A. No. 626/2023 will also be listed for consideration on the next date of hearing.
