Judgment
Heard Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Mohd. Habeebuddin, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment; appearing for respondents No.1 and 2; Mr. K.Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel for CMC, appearing for respondents No.3 to 5; and perused the material on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances, the order dated 27.04.2026 was passed by this Court in W.P. No.13031 of 2026 and requested similar order may be passed in this writ petition.
In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to examine the Layout Regularization Scheme (LRS) application of the petitioner bearing No.C/GHMC/093927/2020 dated 07.07.2026 and if the subject property bearing Plot No.57, admeasuring 300 square yards in Survey Nos.78 to 93, situated at Raja Rajeshwara Nagar, Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is otherwise eligible for regularization, the respondent authorities shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
