ORDER
IA 2317 of 2022 The above Interlocutory Application is filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeking modification/correction of the Admission Order dated 26.07.2022 and replacement of Mr. Hemendra Paliwal the present Interim Resolution Professional, with Mr. Devang Subodh Thakar as the interim Resolution Professional. Since the earlier IRP who has given his consent at the time of filing Section 7 Petition, subsequently withdrew his consent. After hearing the submissions of the counsel appearing for the Applicant, this bench feels that this is fit case to allow the above Interlocutory Application. Accordingly, the Bench allows the application and appoints Mr. Mr. Devang Subodh Thakar as interim Resolution Professional having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP N01024/2020-2021/13288 in place of Mr. Hemendra Paliwal. Mr. Hemendra Paliwal shall hand over all papers to the new IRP. With the above direction, the present Interlocutory Application bearing No. 2317 of 2022 stands disposed of. List the CP on 23.11.2022.
