After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicants to file another one after three months, if occasion arises therefor and if so advised.

Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Pending MA also stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
