Despite direction for personal appearance of respondent no. 2, Chief General Manager, Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd., Ranchi, respondent no. 3, Director (Personnel) HEC Ltd., Ranchi and respondent no. 4, Senior Manager (Personnel & Administration) Headquarters, Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. Ranchi, none had appeared.
Learned counsel for the respondents-HEC has informed that presently there is no Chief General Manager and Director (Personnel). However, Senior Manager (Personnel & Administration) Headquarters, Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. Ranchi is suffering from illness.
It transpires that apart from taking casual approach, respondents are not sincere in obeying the order of the Court.
Under the circumstances, Chief Managing Director, Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. Ranchi is directed to remain physically present before this Court on 26.02.2024.
Put up this case on 26.02.2024.
It is made clear that in case of non-compliance of the order, the Court may take serious view.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the respondents- HEC for the needful.
