The applicant was serving in Delhi Police as Assistant Sub- Inspector. He met with an accident on 19.2.2017 in the course of employment. As a result of this accident, he got permanently disabled to the extent of 90% and at present, he is in wheel chair. He superannuated on 30.4.2019.
2.0. The applicant is aggrieved that certain period during his service after accident on 19.2.2017, was treated as on leave which was required to be treated as on duty as he got injured due to employment. Due to this adjustment, leave encashment has not been paid to him. His further grievance is that medical reimbursement was done to the extent of 70% of the bill only and certain balance amount has not been reimbursed as yet. The instant OA has been preferred for redressal of his grievances.
3.0. Applicant has also brought to our notice that he had made a representation dated 22.12.2020. The receipt of the same has been acknowledged by the respondents, however, this has not been replied to as yet.
4.0. Heard. Issue notice. Ms. Salonee Keshwani, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for respondents, accepts notice.
5.0. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant further mentioned that the applicant will be satisfied, if a direction be given to the respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the pending representation dated 22.12.2020.
6.0. Tribunal has considered the same. It is felt that no prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents, if the applicant's aforesaid request is acceded to.

Keeping in view the foregoing, the OA is disposed off at the admission stage itself, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the pending representation dated 22.12.2020, duly keeping in view the extant rules and instructions on the subject, within a period of six weeks, under advice to the applicant. It is further directed that if as a result of this examination, certain payments become due, this shall also be released within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The applicant shall have at liberty to approach the Tribunal, if certain grievance still subsists. No costs.
