The applicant was serving under respondents as Junior Scientific Assistant and retired under Voluntary Retirment Scheme on 31.05.1995. He has
prayed for refixation of his pension from 01.01.1996 and payment of arrears for the same.
Shri B.L. Wanchoo, learned counsel appearing for respondents stated that the bill for the same has been prepared by Respondent No.2, i.e.,
Directorate General of Supplies and Transport, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi and has been sent to Respondent No. 1, i.e., O/o Principal Controller
of Defence Accounts (Pension), who has to take the necessary action on the same.
At this stage, both learned counsels agree that directions may be passed for disposal of this matter. Accordingly, respondents are directed to pass a
reasoned and speaking order as per law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
OA is disposed of accordingly. Pending MA also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
