R.R. Prasad, J.—Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned Counsel appearing for Respondents.

2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were appointed on daily wages in the year 2004 in the Government Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Godda and they were allowed to work till regular appointments are made. When the Respondents started taking step for removing the Petitioners from service, without making regular appointments, Petitioners approached to this Court vide W.P.(S) No. 3045 of 2006. That writ application was disposed vide order dated 01.08.2006, directing the Respondents to advertise the post immediately and make regular appointment on Class-III and IV posts.

3.

Now, Review Application has been filed, seeking modification of the order to the extent that the Respondents be directed to give relaxation so far it relates to the age of the Petitioners, while considering the age of the Petitioners for appointment.

4.

It would be noted that this Court while disposing the case passed order which was quite specific in the term that after regular appointments were made, the Petitioners shall remove from service, if they are not appointed on the regular post.

5.

In that view of the matter, such direction, in my view, cannot be given in a Review Application, as apparently, there is no error apparent on record.

6.

Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this Review Application and hence, it is dismissed.
