In compliance of the earlier order the applicant has filed additional affidavit along with registered copy of the deed of assignment dated 30.06.2023 which was got registered on 11.09.2023. However, the applicant has again failed to file the Form-D being record of default issued by NeSL. We find this application is incomplete in the absence of record of default which has not been submitted despite due notice and opportunity by this Tribunal.
In view of this, IA/1019(AHM)2023 along with main petition are dismissed.
