None appeared for the Petitioner despite calls. On perusal of the last Order dated 08.02.2021. We notice that none appeared on behalf of the Applicant on the last date too. We further notice that in view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s Order dated 19.01.2021 passed in the Writ Petition No. (C) 26/2020, the Petitioner was directed to comply with the directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. But neither they have complied with the directions nor have appeared.
Hence, the Petition is Dismissed for default
