The above Company Petition is filed by Phoenix ARC Private Limited under Section 95(1) of IBC, 2016 against Smt. Taradevi Bhoot, Personal Guarantor for initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process.

This Bench appoints Mr. Gaurang Chhotalal Shah having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00947/2019-2020/13002 as Interim Resolution Professional in the matter.

The above referred IRP/RP is directed to examine the petition and file his report within 10 days from the date of this order. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Resolution Professional immediately. List this matter on 02.05.2023 for submission of the report by the Resolution Professional.
